DMS Industries manufactures single and double cross beat coffee huller machines for raw coffee hulling, with stable output, cleaner separation, and dependable plant performance.
Working Principle
Raw coffee enters the hulling chamber where the cross beater works inside a CNC punched perforated screen. Adjustable EN8 blades hull the coffee, while the aspiration system removes husk and dust.
The 1.5–2 MT/hr and 2–2.5 MT/hr models include an inbuilt oscillating tray. The 3.5–4 MT/hr model can be supplied with separation arrangement additionally, based on plant requirement.
